Although with more than a technical certificate in phlebotomy can act as a jump mark in your career and might lead you up to a different position with in the medical field. Education Requirements to become a Phlebotomist:

In order to practice phlebotomy there are no requirements what so ever of a two to four years degree. The career of a phlebotomist starts after four mounts to a year of education.
