The major goal of phlebotomy is to provide relieve to a patient against all these symptoms. Each patient is more likely to develop different symptoms as the result of this disease. Hence a doctor is the one who monitors the blood flow and the amount of hemoglobin and hematocrit present in the blood of a patient.
